How to Delete Your Data
To request deletion of your personal data, please follow these steps:
- Fill out the form below with your account information
- Verify your identity by providing the email associated with your account
- Submit your request
We will process your request within 30 days as required by GDPR.
Data We Delete
Upon your request, we will delete:
- Your account information and profile data
- Your usage history and preferences
- Any content you’ve created or uploaded
- Communication history and support tickets
Data Retention
Some information may be retained for the following periods:
- Transaction records: 7 years (legal requirement)
- Security logs: 90 days
- Backup data: 30 days
