Overview

The websites at corrd.fm are operated by Volumio SRL. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us”, “our”, and “CORRD” refer to Volumio SRL. CORRD offers this website, including all information, software, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, on the condition of your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

By visiting our website, installing, downloading, or using CORRD software, or submitting code or other content contributions, you engage in our “Services” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Use”). These Terms of Use apply to all users of our website, software, and other services, including without limitation users who are browsers, contributors of content, or developers.

Service Independence & Affiliation

CORRD is an independent, multi-platform music discovery companion. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a substitute for Spotify, TIDAL, Qobuz, or any other streaming service. Playback is enabled solely through users’ own authenticated accounts on those services. CORRD’s commercial activities relate exclusively to its discovery and contextual intelligence features, not to streaming access or playback.

Use of Third-Party APIs

CORRD interacts with third-party music services through official public APIs, in full accordance with their respective developer terms. No playback data or API credentials are stored, shared, or monetised beyond what is required for service functionality.

Data Protection & Privacy

All personal data processed by CORRD is handled in compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). CORRD does not access or store streaming credentials, nor does it share user information with third parties without explicit consent. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, and service names (including Spotify, TIDAL, and Qobuz) are the property of their respective owners. Their use within CORRD is solely for descriptive and interoperability purposes and does not imply endorsement.

Liability & Responsibility

Users remain responsible for compliance with the terms of their respective streaming subscriptions. CORRD acts solely as a discovery interface and accepts no liability for third-party service availability, playback quality, or licensing status.

Privacy and third-party disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. We may release your information to other parties when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect our or others’ rights, property, or safety. Visitor data, which does not include personally identifiable information, may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.

Third-party links: Occasionally, at our discretion, we may post links to third-party products or services on our site. Intellectual property

This Agreement does not transfer from CORRD to you any CORRD or third-party intellectual property, and all right, title, and interest in and to such property will remain (as between the parties) solely with CORRD. CORRD, Volumio SRL, the CORRD logo, and all other trademarks, service marks, graphics, and logos used in connection with CORRD or the website are trademarks or registered trademarks of CORRD or CORRD’s licensors. Other trademarks, service marks, graphics, and logos used in connection with the website may be the trademarks of other third parties. Your use of the website grants you no right or license to reproduce or otherwise use any CORRD or third-party trademarks.

Changes

CORRD reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace any part of this Agreement. It is your responsibility to check this Agreement periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes to this Agreement constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Termination

CORRD may terminate your access to all or any part of the website at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately. If you wish to terminate this Agreement or your CORRD account (if you have one), you may simply discontinue using the website. All provisions of this Agreement which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Disclaimer of warranties

The website is provided “AS IS”. CORRD and its suppliers and licensors hereby disclaim all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Neither CORRD nor its suppliers and licensors makes any warranty that the website will be error-free or that access thereto will be continuous or uninterrupted. You understand that you download from, or otherwise obtain content or services through, the website at your own discretion and risk.

Limitation of liability

In no event will CORRD, or its suppliers or licensors, be liable with respect to any subject matter of this Agreement under any contract, negligence, strict liability, or other legal or equitable theory for: (i) any special, incidental, or consequential damages; (ii) the cost of procurement for substitute products or services; (iii) interruption of use or loss or corruption of data; or (iv) any amounts that exceed the fees paid by you to CORRD under this Agreement during the twelve (12) month period prior to the cause of action. CORRD shall have no liability for any failure or delay due to matters beyond their reasonable control. The foregoing shall not apply to the extent prohibited by applicable law.

Governing law

This Agreement, any access to or use of the website, will be governed by the laws of Italy, excluding its conflict of law provisions. The proper venue for any disputes arising out of or relating to any of the same will be the courts located in Italy.
